RETURN POLICY

 

Returns and Exchanges:

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase and will work with you to rectify any problems that may arise.  All claims regarding quality of wood must be made within 10 days on receiving your shipment. Wood must not be altered from original form from initial purchase.  All claims or returns must be approved by Elite Tonewoods before shipment is returned and or credited back. 

Domestic Orders

For domestic shipping we use UPS Ground or USPS and charge a flat rate, with the exception of bulk orders for which we will charge the actual rate. 

International Orders

Unfortunately our cart does not support international addresses. We do not ship wood with CITES restrictions outside of the USA. If you require international shipping, please email us with your address and a list or screenshot of the items you would like to purchase. You can click the "contact us" link, or email to Mike@elitetonewoods.com and we will work with you to find the most cost effective shipping method.
